Our client, a Financial Institution, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their Singapore team and support the end-to-end HR functions.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Provide end-to-end HR Business Partnering support across the business, covering the full employee life cycle and HR advisory.
- Manage the full recruitment process including manpower requisitions, job postings, agency coordination, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Support employee mobility matters such as transfers, secondments and relocations, coordinating approvals and compensation arrangements with relevant stakeholders.
- Support compensation and benefits activities including annual salary review, promotions, benefits renewals, and participation in salary benchmarking exercises.
- Drive HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, performance management, learning & development initiatives, compliance matters, reporting, and continuous process improvement projects.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, quick learner, team player and process driven.
