Finance Manager

We are seeking a high-calibre Finance Manager who is driven, and possesses a strong ownership mindset. This is a key leadership rolefor a hands-on finance professional who can operate both strategically andoperationally, partnering closely with the business to drive performance andgrowth.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead the full spectrum of financefunctions, including financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, andcompliance

. Partner closely with business leadersto provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

. Drive financial planning processes,ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable outputs

. Translate financial data intomeaningful insights to influence commercial and operational strategies

. Oversee cash flow management, costcontrol, and overall financial performance

. Strengthen internal controls,governance frameworks, and financial processes

. Identify and implement processimprovements to enhance efficiency and scalability

. Lead, manage, and develop the financeteam, ensuring strong performance and capability building

. Work cross-functionally with variousstakeholders to drive alignment and business outcomes

. Support tax planning initiatives,transfer pricing, and compliance matters where required

. Leverage data analytics tools (e.g.,Power BI) to enhance reporting and decision-making

Requirements

. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline from a recognized local university

. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred

. Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

. Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and operational involvement

. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions
