Our client is a MNC in FMCG Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Manager to be part of their Finance Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Finance Manager:
- Responsible for overseeing cost accounting, budgeting processes, internal controls, and management reporting activities
- Manage the full month-end closing cycle and prepare timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Act as the key liaison with financial institutions, external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant regulatory bodies
- Supervise standard costing practices, including variance analysis across materials, labour, and overheads, while driving cost optimisation initiatives
- Lead the annual budgeting exercise and support ongoing forecasting and financial planning activities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to the finance team to ensure operational efficiency
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting field
- Min 5 years of finance operations manager experience in manufacturing sector
- Experience in ERP system
