New Role
Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent submission in line with Group standards
Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports and reporting packages for internal and Group stakeholders
Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial results
Review financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure integrity and compliance
Monitor reporting timelines and proactively liaise with business units to ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements
Oversee sales reporting to ensure completeness, accuracy, and data integrity
Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
Manage and track Capex reporting, ensuring proper governance and visibility of capital expenditure
Provide insightful analysis and supporting schedules to facilitate management decision-making
Review GST filings and coordinate with external tax agents on statutory reporting matters
Partner with external auditors to support interim and year-end audits, ensuring smooth execution
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and system enhancements
Key Qualifications for Success
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Prior exposure to a multinational and/or manufacturing environment would be beneficial
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights
Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Solid business acumen with sound judgement and decision-making ability
Hands-on experience with ERP systems SAP knowledge is preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal
