Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the finance team in implementation and maintenance of SAP s/4 Hana
- Ability to diagnose current ERP system setup and map out the requirements required to transit to SAP
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (finance and operation teams), external consultants and technical teams and evaluate how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting. Recommend changes based on their evaluations and input.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into best-fit SAP solutions
- Work in collaboration with finance and technical teams through the SAP implementation cycle
- Conducting thorough training for end-users on newly implemented processes or solutions.
- Facilitating regular meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to track progress and resolve any issues arising
- Streamlining business processes using SAP S/4HANA Finance to enhance operational efficiency.
- Performing routine problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution, and testing on SAP S/4HANA system.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices for system security and promote data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, finance, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP FICO Consultant, with at least 2 years experience in Material Management Module
- End to end system implementation experience
- Expertise and hands-on system configuration, testing, user support, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying issues and proposing solutions, and drive project to completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
