Finance Manager (Logistics)

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end finance and accounting functions for the company and its related entities. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements

• Prepare consolidated management and financial reports for submission to regional or head office within stipulated timelines

• Establish, review, and enhance finance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning and strategy

• Ensure compliance with corporate tax requirements, including tax filings and computations

• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit schedules and documentation

• Oversee payroll processing, staff expense claims, and reimbursements

• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and treasury-related matters

• Support ad-hoc finance projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and regulatory compliance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time-management skills

• Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor finance team members

• Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
