Finance Manager (KL & Japan-Based)

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our Whitelabel SaaS Fintech business. This role will be based in Japan and requires close collaboration with regional teams, including our China operations team.

Work Arrangement

Initial 3-6months based in Kuala Lumpur (KL), followed by relocation to Japan. Full relocation support provided, including visa sponsorship and housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of financial operations (reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management
• Work closely with management on financial planning and business strategy
• Coordinate with cross-border teams (Japan & China) on financial matters
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken & written)
• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
• Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Web3 environments is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to relocate and be based in Japan
