Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager - Financial Services

Our client, US MNC is seeking a Finance Manager to manage day-to-day finance operation for Singapore and Regional Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance activities of regional offices, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Work with outsourced accounting partners to maintain accurate books and records.
• Preparation and review of tax filings and regulatory submissions.
• Perform financial analysis and management reporting to support decision-making.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, statutory requirements, and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience with regional finance operations and problem solving skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• 6 - 10 years of experience with big 4 grounding
