- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions for the Company and its subsidiaries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and preparation of profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to headquarters within stipulated timelines.
- Establish, review, and enhance financial policies, systems, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management's strategic planning and decision-making.
- Oversee corporate tax computation and filings, ensuring compliance with local tax requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Review payroll, staff claims, and reimbursements for the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and treasury functions.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial assignments and drive process improvement initiatives as required.
