Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving financial performance visibility, strengthening forecasting discipline, and partnering closely with country leadership teams. This role requires a sharp, analytical and instinctive finance professional who is comfortable operating under tight deadlines and managing complexity across multiple markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Lead group consolidation, monthly management reporting, and ensure alignment between management and statutory reporting.
  • Performance Analysis Analyse revenue, occupancy, margins, and centre profitability while monitoring OPEX against budget and identifying cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting Drive quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and rolling projections in partnership with country GMs.
  • Board & Investor Reporting Support board reporting, results announcements, and preparation of financial materials for shareholders.
  • Finance Business Partnering Partner with country GMs on financial performance, budget control, and cost management.
  • Strategic & Process Improvement Enhance financial models and reporting systems, and support strategic projects such as profitability reviews and M&A initiatives.

Pre-requisites for this role include:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA preferred).
  • 610 years of relevant experience, ideally with Big 4 audit/advisory background followed by commercial FP&A experience.
  • Experience in multi-entity consolidation and regional financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS 16) and group consolidation.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and present financial insights to management.
