Our client is a Food Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to management.
- Monitor financial performance and variance analysis, recommending strategies for cost optimization.
- Support decision-making through detailed financial reporting and scenario modeling.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and payroll posting.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and maintain effective relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor liquidity and cash flow to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and management dashboards.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to guide resource allocation and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term financial strategy and risk management.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on financial performance and business initiatives.
- Drive process improvements in financial systems, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team, promoting professional growth and high performance.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the finance function.
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) or CFA Level I preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting multinational or regional exposure is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable for 5.5 working days
