About the role
We are a leading player in the construction sector, delivering projects that shape communities and drive sustainable growth. As we expand, we are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to strengthen our financial leadership team.
Key responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Manage project‑based financial planning, cash flow, and cost control specific to construction activities.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
Develop and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures aligned with construction industry standards.
Partner with project managers to track costs, margins, and profitability across multiple projects.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision‑making and long‑term planning.
Mentor and guide finance team members to build capability and efficiency.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in the construction industry, with strong expertise in construction accounting.
Solid knowledge of project costing, revenue recognition, and construction‑specific financial practices.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills able to collaborate across departments.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
