Our client is a MNC company, operating within the access control space. They are looking for a Finance Manager to be responsible for all finance-related activities and workstreams in the entity, and you will support the Business Unit manager in improving the financial performance of the business unit.
This role has a high ceiling, with the potential to be groom to a regional finance controller SEA.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting department and ensure timely and accurate reporting according to statutory accounting standards and IFRS
- Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting cycles, and presentation of results
- Driving the annual budget, quarterly forecast and weekly sales forecast processes, with focus on balancing revenue growth, contribution margins and cost growth, improving profitability and contingency planning in case of business downturns
- Analyze business performance versus forecasts/budget and previous years, suggest and implement corrective actions and support the Business to achieve targeted result
- Optimize inventory balances, ensuring sufficient but not excessive stock levels
- Responsible for AR management, including implementation & adherence to credit policy, customer credit assessments, collections, payment terms, etc.
- Ensure that the legal entity adheres to financial, legal and internal control requirements and guidelines
- Responsible for implementation of Compliance Programs in the legal entity
- Main contact point and counterpart for internal and external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in CRM system
- Detail-oriented and analytical
