About the Role

As a Finance Manager within the APAC Deal Desk, you will be at the center of structuring and evaluating complex client incentive deals. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure deals are financially sound, strategically aligned, and designed to maximize long-term value.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where your analysis and recommendations directly impact business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shape winning deals by reviewing and enhancing client incentive proposals, ensuring strong financial rigor and strategic alignment
  • Influence decision-making through robust financial modeling, scenario analysis, and clear presentation of risks and opportunities
  • Drive process excellence by supporting efficient approval workflows that balance speed, governance, and compliance
  • Be the go-to expert on deal modeling frameworks and continuously improve tools to support evolving business needs
  • Deliver insights that matter through regular reporting and performance tracking of incentive investments
  • Strengthen partnerships by collaborating across Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to bring deals to execution seamlessly
  • Support innovation by contributing to best practices in deal structuring, pricing strategies, and incentive optimization

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in deal support, FP&A, or commercial finance
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and business case evaluation
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and financial tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, business-partnering mindset
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments with multiple priorities
