This position will report directly to the Finance Controller. It offers a unique blend of forecasting, treasury and compliance responsibilities. You will play a key role in building and enhancing financial forecasting models, supporting funding and covenant requirements, and implementing finance processes across a growing international business.

Description
- Own and continuously enhance group cash flow forecasting models
- Develop balance sheet and working capital forecasting capabilities
- Improve forecasting accuracy, automation and reporting efficiency
- Support budgeting and long-term planning initiatives
- Monitor financial covenants and loan compliance requirements
- Support financing facilities, banking relationships and reporting obligations
- Assist with cash management and liquidity planning across multiple markets
- Manage government incentive and grant compliance reporting
- Support financing and regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks
- Develop intercompany processes, reconciliation frameworks and SOPs
- Support transfer pricing and governance initiatives
- Participate in finance transformation projects and system enhancements
- Collaborate with regional finance teams across Asia
Profile
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
- Big 4 audit foundation strongly preferred
- Experience in FP&A, treasury, controllership or finance business partnering
- Strong financial modelling capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience developing cash flow, balance sheet or working capital forecasts
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
