Finance Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee group finance operations, intercompany accounting, and regional financial management across multiple international entities.

Mandarin proficiency is advantageous to support communication with Chinese project teams and fabrication yards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts and group consolidation

• Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations

• Prepare monthly management reports, P&L, cash flow forecasts

• Monitor project cost control, profitability, and margin analysis

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making

• Coordinate with overseas entities (Indonesia, China, UAE, etc.)

• Liaise with auditors and ensure statutory compliance across jurisdictions

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance (CPA / ACCA preferred)

• 5-8 years experience in group finance or multi-entity accounting

• Strong knowledge of consolidation and intercompany accounting

• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills

• Fluent in English Mandarin is advantageous
