EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority (LTA), leads the planning, deployment and management of Singapore's public electric vehicle charging network. We are looking for a Finance Assistant Manager / Manager who wants more than routine accounting work - someone who enjoys partnering the business, strengthening governance, and supporting decisions that have real, island-wide impact.
You will be part of the Strategic Planning & Business Development (SPBD) department, working closely with teams in Strategic & Corporate Planning, Business Development, Business Intelligence, and Marketing & Communications.
As a key member of the Finance team, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations while acting as a trusted finance partner to the organisation. Your work will support senior management, ensure strong governance, and enable EVe to scale responsibly and efficiently.
Oversee financial operations including payments, collections and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
Drive financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and statutory reporting to support informed decision-making.
Partner business teams by providing practical financial advice on operational matters, capital expenditure proposals and project initiatives.
Strengthen governance and internal controls by reviewing and enhancing financial policies, processes and systems.
Support Board and Audit Committee matters, including preparation and coordination of reports and submissions to HQ.
Take on ad-hoc projects and special assignments, including secretariat-related duties, as part of a dynamic and growing organisation.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and/or a recognized professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA).
2-3 years of relevant experience in a statutory board, accounting firm, multinational corporation or listed company.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Proactive, resourceful and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging government agencies, auditors and senior leadership.
