We&aposre hiring a Finance Lead to own and evolve all aspects of our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and is excited to partner closely with leadership to guide smarter business decisions. This is a foundational finance role youll wear multiple hats, have lots of autonomy, and directly influence how we grow.
What you will do
- Own cash flow management: monitor inflows/outflows, anticipate shortfalls, and advise on working capital needs
- Develop and maintain monthly sales and financial reporting dashboards for internal use
- Create a lightweight, efficient expense management and purchase order tracking system
- Lead cost analysis projects to identify margin improvement opportunities
- Partner with the MD on pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and budget planning
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, and establish processes that minimize the need for external support
- Support forecasting and scenario planning for expansion opportunities
- Bring structure and clarity to our financial data so better decisions can be made, faster
What we are looking for
- 36 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related function
- Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting
- Experience creating financial reports and models (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable)
- Comfort working independently and building systems from scratch
- Excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and figure things out no task too small
- Bonus: Experience in a product-based, inventory-driven business (CPG, eComm, retail, food)
