About the Role
This is a key finance role based in Singapore, supporting a dynamic, multi-entity business with regional operations. The role plays an important part in driving financial discipline, delivering timely insights, and supporting decision-making in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment with both manufacturing and commercial elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting with continuous process improvements
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to support business performance tracking, forecasting, and decision-making
- Prepare and oversee financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
- Identify, analyse, and resolve financial discrepancies and risk areas, including internal controls, tax, and FX exposure
- Partner with business stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives across operational and commercial functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, with strong exposure to full set accounting and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of general ledger processes, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering
- Experience in a complex, operationally driven environment (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, or technology-related industries) is advantageous
