Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, including analysis of financial variances.
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll entries.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital to support business needs.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Partner with senior management on financial strategy, investment evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and key financial stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and control costs across the organization.
- Lead, guide, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Required CPA Certification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
