Finance Intern

We are looking for a Finance Intern to support the team with basic reporting, data checks, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for those who want handson exposure to financial reporting and systems.

Job Summary

You will support the finance team by performing data checks, assisting with Excel-based reporting, preparing monthly financial reports, and maintaining organised documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in financial reporting and system updates.

Responsibilities

• Perform data checks and simple reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial information
• Assist in updating and maintaining Excel-based reporting templates for budgets and forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial reports to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Organise and maintain reporting files and documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Support the finance team during system updates, such as SAP, to ensure smooth transitions and data integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic Excel skills, including use of formulas and pivot tables to manage and analyze data
• Detail-oriented and organised to maintain accurate financial records
• Willingness to learn and adapt to routine and structured tasks within the finance function
