We are looking for interested interns to join our growing team in the Finance division.
Role Overview: This role will support the Finance team in business analysis, financial reporting, and system implementation initiatives. The Finance Intern provides hands-on exposure to financial data analysis, management reporting, and process improvement, including supporting the implementation of financial systems and developing tools to enhance reporting efficiency and decision-making.
Role Responsibilities:
Financial Analytics & Business Reporting
- Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Support financial analysis including variance analysis and trend analysis
- Analyse financial and operational data to general insights to drive internal decision-making
- Prepare management reports, financial summaries, and performance dashboards for senior management
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and reports for management reviews
Project Support & System Implementation
- Support the coordination of finance system implementation initiatives, including tracking project milestones, documenting requirements, and supporting user testing
- Work with project team to ensure project deliverables while liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
Reporting Automation & Process Improvement
- Design and develop tools to automate financial reporting processes using Excel VBA and Power BI
- Improve consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reports and management presentations
- Support initiatives to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting workflows
Role Requirements:
- Undergraduate studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and reporting concepts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
- Proactive, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Internship period will be for summer internship (May to Aug 2026)
