Overview

You will play a vital role in our finance team by contributing to various financial processes and gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, annual financial close and related management reports with high accuracy and timely completion
  • Supports in monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, including analysing variances
  • Contribute to internal reporting requirements using various metrics and data sources
  • Supports in any other ad-hoc tasks or related Finance projects e.g., involve in system migration exercises, reconciliation of jobs or balance sheet items, etc.
  • Preferably proficient in excel and accounting knowledge

Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting or qualified professional certification
  • Strong in numbers and experience in Microsoft Excel such as pivot table and v-lookup will be a plus
  • Analytical, meticulous with positive learning attitude
  • Responsible, good team player and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Able to commit full-time for 6 months from Jan to June 2026, preferable to start in Dec 2025.
