What You'll Do:
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices to ensure they are complete and error-free.
- Send invoices to clients promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all invoices are correctly tallied with supporting documentation.
- Address discrepancies or issues related to invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline the invoicing process
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and transaction reviews.
- Work with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor expenses and financial performance.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
What We're Looking For:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiarity with financial software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for the travel industry and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
