• Position : Finance & HR Manager

• Location : Jalan Pemimpin

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Export/Import

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversees all Finance and HR matters for 3 companies

• Ensure smooth operations for all HR matters

• Prepare monthly Payroll calculations and payments

• Review Employee's IR8A

• Review Distributors Income Tax and allowances computation

• Reviewing Commission calculations

• Experience handling full-set accounts for a wholesale trading business, including familiarity with shipping and trade documentation requirements

• Reviewing Management reports

• Reviewing Balance Sheet reconciliations

• Reviewing GST submission

• Co-ordinate on audit matters

• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• At least 5 years of working experience in related field
