About the Role We are seeking a proactive Finance & HR Executive to support our heavy vehicle repair operations. This role combines financial accuracy with HR compliance, ensuring smooth business operations and staff management.
Responsibilities
- Process daily accounting entries, invoices, and payroll to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support audit activities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and maintain up-to-date staff records for operational efficiency
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and company policies to mitigate risks
- Coordinate insurance claims, leave management, and training documentation to support employee welfare and development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- Proficiency in English bilingual skills including Chinese are advantageous for effective staff communication
- Experience in manufacturing or vehicle repair industry is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple HR and finance tasks with compliance focus
