Responsible for monthly payroll processing, including processing of HR related reimbursements/claims
Process monthly Central Provident Fund(CPF), Levy submission, IR21and IR8A
Process work pass and employment pass application, renewal and cancellation
Handle leave administration, including government paid leave and national service makeup pay
Support recruitment activities such as posting of job advertisements, working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions, scheduling job interviews, conducting pre-screening interviews and reference checks
Record keeping for employee personal files and ensure accurate information is updated
Support annual performance and salary review exercise
Assist in new employee on-boarding process including conducting induction programme
Manage off-boarding process for resignation and terminations including conducting exit interviews
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Company policies
Handle insurance-related issues, including renewal and staff insurance claims
Other administrative duties, such as completion of government surveys on employment related matters etc.
Assist in administrative and corporate affair matters and
Perform any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally within the construction sector.
Strong understanding of HR practices, as well as relevant MOM and BCA regulations and policies.
Must possess knowledge of Singapore payroll and income tax requirements (e.g., CPF, IR8A, IR21)
Able to effectively engage and manage foreign blue-collar workers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
