Job Scope:
Accounting Responsibilities:
Oversee project-related accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset records.
Maintain up-to-date accounting entries and employee databases.
Process monthly payroll, including overtime calculations and CPF contributions.
Collaborate with the company secretary, tax agents, and auditors for annual financial reviews.
HR Responsibilities:
Manage daily HR operations.
Communicate with government bodies such as MOM, EDB, IRAS, and ACRA on HR-related matters.
Oversee hiring processes, employment contracts, and work pass applications, renewals, and terminations.
Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
Administer payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
Address employee concerns and ensure adherence to HR policies.
Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Perform additional accounting or HR-related duties as assigned.
Take over other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in both Chinese and English to liaise with China HQ.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in managing full sets of accounts, payroll processing, and GST reporting.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with HR functions, including talent acquisition, work pass administration, and employee benefits.
