Finance / HR Admin Assistant ( 5.5 day week/ 44 hours work week - Toa Payoh )

Roles and Responsibilities

-financial administration such as managing accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices

-payroll, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, ensuring HR compliance

-office administration

- support projects

Qualification Requirements

.GCE N Level

. MS Office

. independent, proactive and positive attitude

. to provide operations support on need basis when needed
