Finance Head

Provides financial leadership to the Business Units, and oversees finance function for Global Exports, URC Singapore and URC Hong Kong. Ensures efficiency of commercial finance, controllership for accounting governance, and treasury governance systems.

• Reports to the General Manager and works with the commercial finance team, in providing the organization with financial budgets/forecasts and financial analysis to guide business decision making.
• Develops the finance team for career growth
• Ensure accurate financial information and compliance are in place thru the controllership function. This includes clearly establishing SLAs of outsourced service providers in accounting, working with external auditors to ensure books are in order, reviewing, putting in place and educating the organization about controls and tracking budget items like A&P, OPEX.

Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License, CPA, Finance/Accountancy/Banking,or equivalent
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experienced specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Commercial Finance or equivalent
• Good understanding of SAP
• Audit compliance oriented
• Preferably with previous exposure to FMCG for snack foods and beverages
• Experienced in handling multi-cultural team
• Experienced in coordination with Shared Services and matrix organization
