Job Scope:
Ensure timely and accurate billing, cash application and other Accounts Receivable related tasks by the FAO Hub team as accordance with the Service Level Agreement.

Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, payment processing and other Accounts Payable related tasks by the FAO Hub team as accordance with the Service Level Agreement.

Perform month end close accounting activities including preparation of journal entries, reporting package.

Perform and Prepare balance sheet reconciliation and calculation and recording of monthly entries as necessary

Review and ensure compliance with financial master data.

Manage inter-company reporting to ensure mis-match resolve.

Perform financial analysis of accounts.

Work closely with FAO HUB Bangalore and Krakow to resolve reporting, closing matters and improvement process.

To improve and take ownership of processes.

Participate and assist in ad-hoc duties and/or special projects when required or necessary.
