Finance Executive

Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Joo Koon

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am to 5.45 pm

Basic Salary: $4000

Benefits: AWS, Variable bonus

Responsibilities:
- Perform timely and accurate recording of payment received into SAP
- Follow up payment of outstanding invoices with customers on timely manner
- Send monthly statement of accounts to customers
- Issue FI and inter-company invoices
- Assist in month end closing activities and reporting
- Assist in external and internal audit
- Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma u Accounting and Finance
• 1-2 years experience in Accounts Receivable
• Attention to details and meticulous
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to follow deadlines
