Finance Executive

We are looking for a motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. Whether you are a fresh graduate or a junior finance professional looking to deepen your expertise, this role offers hands-on exposure to full-spectrum finance operations and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Scope of Work

You will be part of a small finance team, with hands-on experience across a wide range of financial operations:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations

Manage the full accounting cycle - from recording transactions to preparing reconciliations and financial schedules.

• Financial Management & Reporting

Support month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting aligned with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

• Budgeting & Forecasting Support

Work closely with management to prepare budgets, monitor spending, and support decision-making processes.

• Tax & Compliance

Manage GST and corporate tax submissions, as well as grant reporting and audits.

• System & Process Administration

Manage finance systems and approval workflows, ensuring accountability and efficiency in payment and claim processes.

Who we are looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (ACCA or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles with familiarity in SFRS and working knowledge of fund/grant accounting preferred.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• High integrity, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
