Finance Executive

Job Description

• Review and verify supplier invoices and payment requests to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies.
• Manage payment processing, including preparing payment files and coordinating with banks for transaction execution.
• Maintain regular communication with banks to handle daily banking operations and fund management.
• Perform cash flow and bank account reconciliations to ensure accurate and clear accounts.
• Handle account clearing tasks related to accounts payable and payment follow-up.
• Prepare payment and cash flow reports for management review.
• Support ad hoc finance projects and team tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel experience with online banking platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in maritime engineering finance/accounting is highly desirable.
