Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate billing, and support timely financial reporting for management.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and promptly to ensure timely billing
• Amend and update invoices to reflect pricing changes, customer information, and credit notes
• Issue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) to maintain accurate financial records
• Manage cash flow and maintain proper financial documentation
• Collect cash from the delivery team and perform daily banking-in and reconciliation
• Respond to incoming calls and provide administrative support to the finance team
• Liaise with headquarters on accounting and finance matters to ensure alignment
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts (SOA) for customers and management reports
• Support accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions to maintain accurate records
• Perform data entry and filing of accounting documents to ensure organized records
• Assist with month-end closing processes to support accurate financial reporting
• Prepare documents required for audits to ensure compliance
• Manage petty cash and reimbursements to control expenses
• Undertake ad hoc administrative or finance-related duties as assigned to support team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Finance Executive
• Minimum Diploma or A-Level qualification
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work 5.5 days per week
• Positive, pleasant, and responsible attitude
