Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities across the centres, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Record and reconcile supplier invoices, patient billings, intercompany balances and Fixed Assets
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection
- Process employee claims in timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers, insurers, bankers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Month-End Closing & Reporting
- Prepare and post accruals, journal entries, and adjustments for month-end close.
- Perform reconciliations of key accounts to maintain up to date schedules
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with FP&A reports (budgeting and variance analysis).
Audit & Compliance
- Support statutory audit and group audit under US GAAP.
- Assist with corporate tax compliance and support in responding to tax-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure record retention of all financial and audit schedules.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary on statutory matters.
Others
- Undertake ad-hoc projects, analysis, and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- Must have at least 3 years in a similar healthcare environment, or 4-5 years of accounts /audit work experience
- Meticulous and pro-active with strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills
- Positive attitude, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadline
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be familiar with Singapore's FRS knowledge
