Position Description
- Overall in charge of full spectrum of finance operations for Price Forbes Singapore, and Hong Kong.
- Management reporting and analysis of reports.
- Drive process efficiency as we prepare for migration into new business system.
- Presence of transactional finance support from UK IBA.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing full sets of accounts for 1 primary legal entity and 1 smaller legal entity including preparing and uploading of journal entries in SUN/ D365, monthly BS schedules and bank/ interco/ premium/ claims reconciliation from ARAP to GL modules.
- Perform timely month end financial closing, management reporting and analytics.
- Assist in the preparation of Budget and Forecast in excel.
- Support quarterly GST reporting and annual MAS/ IRAS/ Statistics Singapore reporting.
- Support regulatory internal and external audit.
- Involve in the invoice to cash cycle with active liaison with Tech Admin team and UK IBA to ensure completeness, accuracy and timely revenue recognition and funds application.
- Active liaison with UK IBA to ensure smooth finance operations support.
- Assist with improvement and implementation of accounting processes to strengthen internal control and efficiency.

Compliance
- Comply with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements, E&O compliance procedures and quality initiatives.
- Escalation of any potential E&O's to Compliance Officer and Executive Directors at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure completion of all mandatory Company training and to deadline.
Your scope of duties is not restrictive and may be expanded at the company's discretion.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit/ insurance/ broking is a plus but not compulsory.
- An eye for details.
- Strong local accounting knowledge and regulatory reporting experience.
- Strong communication skills, independent, team player and possess can do attitude!
- IT savvy. Proficient in MS applications. Knowledge of SUN is preferred.
- Strong in Excel functions (Excel test will be given during interview).
