What You'll Do
- Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate financial reports
- Maintain precise financial records and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
- Oversee accounts payable, expense claims, and receivables, addressing discrepancies promptly
- Reconcile accounts, identify variances, and implement solutions
- Monitor financial transactions and prepare insightful reports
- Ensure strict adherence to organisational financial policies
- Support ad hoc financial tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Proficiency with ACCPAC /Sage 300 software
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office Suite
