Accounts
- Handle full sets of manual accounts for 2 China entities
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Liase with China teams to ensure data accuracy ( via Wechat ).
- This role will be based in Singapore, occasional travel to China, Guangzhou
- Report to Director
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records in Quick HR.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination with relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Proficiency in China Accounting Standards and corporate tax regulations
- 5 years accounting experience or above
- Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience in accounting software
- Detail-minded, well organized, independent and self-motivated
- Immediate available is preferable
