Finance Executive

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Finance Executive who can independently manage a full set of accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

. Handle full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL/FA)

. Prepare and submit GST returns

. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies

. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant government authorities

. Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures

. Assist in process improvements and system implementations as required

. Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy

. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. knowledge of FRS, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements

. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
