Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Create, maintain, and report on Fixed Assets.
- Assist in the prompt preparation of monthly and periodic management reports.
- Carry out monthly financial closing tasks such as lease accounting and bank reconciliations.
- Review new or amended lease agreements and maintain integrity of related data in lease systems.
- Coordinate and submit documents required for vendor creation.
- Perform timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
- Draft audited financial reports and liaise with external auditors on audit matters.
- Prepare tax schedules and liaise with tax consultants on taxation matters.
- Handle insurance submissions and liaise with insurers.
- Support the GL Assistant Manager with ad-hoc duties.

- Follow up with Controllers on entries
- Liaise with colleagues and inter-companies

PERSON SPECIFICATION Key competencies: Good team-playing skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment Dynamic and proactive Technical skills: Strong in accounting entries Knowledge of SAP is a plus Knowledge of GST is a must Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot table) is a must Profile : Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / ACCA graduate / currently pursuing ACCA 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
