Finance Executive (GL, AP, AR)

Job Description:

• Handle the complete accounting function, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation activities
• Carry out monthly and annual financial closing procedures
• Prepare and submit GST filings promptly and accurately
• Maintain accurate accounting records and schedules while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with external auditors and provide supporting documents for annual audit exercises
• Oversee staff reimbursement claims, petty cash management, and expense monitoring
• Maintain employee information, manage onboarding/offboarding activities, and handle work pass applications
• Process payroll monthly, including CPF contributions and tax clearance submissions
• Administer employee leave, claims, benefits, and insurance matters
• Maintain HR records, employment agreements, and personnel files

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or any related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of accounts executive experience.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
