Responsibilities:
- Perform Accounts Payable processing and GL closing activities in accordance with expense classifications
- Accurately key AP invoices into SAP system and ensure proper documentation (DO, PO, PR) is complete and well-organised
- Support Accounts Receivable functions including billing, collections tracking, and KPI monitoring
- Review, streamline, and enhance billing and collection workflows for improved efficiency
- Conduct bank clearing and reconciliation for both customer accounts and internal business units
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented workflows against AR performance indicators
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards across all finance processes
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting / finance operations
- Familiarity with SAP system will be an advantage
- Knowledge of partial or full set accounts preferred
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a structured environment
- Able to commence work on short notice or immediately
