- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $4000
- Govt Agency, 12 months contract
Job Scope:
- Prepare and reconcile periodic fixed asset reports for management and audit purposes
- Verify assets, investigate discrepancies, and process additions or disposals
- Review project expenditures for correct asset capitalisation
- Provide guidance and training on fixed asset procedures
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Computer Science or relevant field
- Prior experience in Audit will be an advantage
- Strong excel skills
