This role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Operations, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of IFRS / SFRS(I) and the ability to handle multi-currency bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Zoho Books, Xero) and proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Proven experience managing GL/AP/AR cycles, including vendor payments, expense claims, and aging reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy or currently pursuing a professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CA).
- Experience in Travel Tech or Payments, specifically handling high-volume bank and merchant reconciliations.
- Familiarity with statutory submissions (e.g corporate tax).

As a Finance Executive, you are the engine of our daily financial operations. You'll be the backbone of our financial data ensuring transactions are properly recorded and accounts are reconciled correctly. Here you'll gain exposure to cross-border transactions, work with multiple currencies and entities.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day accounting entries across multiple entities, ensure accurate coding of expenses, revenue, and intercompany transactions in the ERP.
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable process, from processing vendor invoices and employee claims to monitoring collections and aging.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and payment gateway statements, identify and resolve discrepancies in multi-currency settlements.
- Support statutory compliance and audit readiness, including preparation of tax schedules for corporate tax submissions.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual data entry or reconciliation tasks to improve the speed and accuracy of the finance function.
