Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts for assigned companies by preparing month-end schedules including accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany reconciliations, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly management reports that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making and enhance financial transparency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as overseas office staff and corporate secretaries to resolve operational accounting issues and ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements
  • Coordinate with auditors to facilitate timely and accurate annual audits of financial statements for assigned companies
  • Prepare remittances and liaise with banks to resolve banking matters efficiently, ensuring smooth financial operations
  • Compile and submit regulatory reports punctually to meet compliance deadlines and uphold regulatory standards
  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports to maintain tax compliance and accurate tax reporting
  • Prepare and submit annual reports, including XBRL filings, to fulfill statutory obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Execute administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the finance team and overall organizational operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in accounting or related field combined with relevant accounting work experience
  • Experience handling full sets of accounts using SAP B1 accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications to analyze and manage financial data effectively
  • Experience preparing CMS regulatory reports is an advantage
  • Demonstrated proactivity, commitment, and meticulous attention to detail to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset to contribute to a collaborative work culture
