Finance Executive | AR | AP

Job Summary:

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys finding better ways of doing things. You'll be part of a lean finance team where you'll gain exposure to the full accounting cycle and have the opportunity to contribute beyond your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities: .

• Assist in maintaining the full set of accounts. .
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements. .
• Process supplier payments and ensure timely settlement of invoices. .
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities. .
• Prepare supporting schedules for GST, tax, and audit. .
• Assist with finance-related documentation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. .
• Maintain proper accounting records and an organised filing system. .
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and support the implementation of better ways of working.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements: .

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. .
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Candidates with less experience but a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is an advantage. .
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities. .
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of your work. .
