Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, expense classification, and month-end General Ledger closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of AP invoices into SAP, with proper supporting documentation maintained.
- Support Accounts Receivable operations, including billing administration, collections monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Review existing finance processes and recommend enhancements to improve billing and collection efficiency.
- Perform bank reconciliations and clearing activities for customer accounts and internal business units.
- Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and support continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies across all finance functions.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Experience with SAP will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with partial or full-set accounts is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Able to work independently in a structured and fast-paced environment.
- Available to commence work within a short notice period.
