With rapid expansion across ASEAN, Japan and Scandinavia, we are seeking motivated finance professionals to join our mission-driven team and contribute to business growth and environmental sustainability.

Role Overview:
The Finance Executive will oversee everyday accounting operations, reporting, statutory compliance, and audit support. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making in a dynamic, multi-country startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-set accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
• Assist with statutory filings, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns, corporate tax filings based on company profits, and personal income tax as required.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Handle bank-related matters and support tax reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, providing financial guidance and supporting business initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance ACCA/CPA or pursuing certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in DeepTech, technology, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of full-set accounting and statutory compliance in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Odoo/Xero is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
