Duties and Responsibilities
. Handle full sets of accounts, budget and cashflow management
. Manage AP,AR, and general ledger(GL) accounts
. Performs Bank reconciliations
. Prepare ,file, and submit of CPF, GST and tax return
. Monthly Payroll preparation for staff and workers
. Processing purchase orders, prepare invoices and/or delivery orders
. Conducting monthly stock-taking and ensure an accurate inventory report
. Liaising with external auditor and tax agent
. Taking on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
. Diploma/Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
.Minimun 2 years of relevant experience in construction industries
. Competent computer literacy, such as MS office, outlook and accounting software
. Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunties
